BCP delivers a Competitive Advantage

Our members and guests were treated to a business changing presentation by Stephen Duffy from BCP Financial Planning this morning at our monthly breakfast seminar. We were encouraged to work out our "differentiators" and focus on our "Competitive Advantage" rather than our "Competitive Parity".
As today was "Jeans for Genes Day", we all joined in and raised a donation for The Children's Medical Research Institute. MPSN matched what was collected so not only did we receive at this breakfast, we were given a chance to give as well.

What a privilege it was this morning to host John McGrath, CEO of McGrath Estate Agents, at our professional services network breakfast seminar. I personally went in hungry, had only a light breakfast, and still came out full. Here is just a sample of the wisdom he deposited in a manner that left no excuses available to those who received it.

John McGrath is considered one of the most influential figures in the Australian property industry. As Chief Executive of McGrath Estate Agents, he took the company from a start-up in 1988 to one of Australia's most successful residential real estate groups, selling $3.25 billion in residential property in Sydney in FY09.
